- Redesigned a live EV fleet-ops dashboard (Ultratech): replaced scroll-hunting vehicle switching with tabs, clustered telemetry, and a status-first card hierarchy.
- Added an exchange-vehicle flow inside Record Gate Entry so a broken-down bus can be swapped without a side conversation with support.
- Rebuilt color, focus, and semantics on the dashboard for contrast and screen readers.
- Made the case for, then designed, a ground-up transvolt.in rebuild: one scroll-driven deploy-operate-charge-scale journey instead of a stack of marketing sections.
- Facilitated a cleaning-module product from a blank page: priority queue from live signals, separate interfaces for manager, supervisor, crew, depot, and SLA fines.
